I had the best car shopping experience at Bill Volz! You MUST ask for Chris.. he’s extremely knowledgeable of all things cars, including purchasing and leasing as well as the used job market. Not like the traditional pushy car salesmen out there, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for and did his best to meet my budget. Also, Sales Manager Joe was extremely helpful throughout the process and knew exactly what I was looking for!

Extremely professional and courteous. They are willing to explain everything, even to the most technically challenged person. Also, they are very willing to work around your schedule. I have bought my last two cars from them and I plan on buying my next one from Bill Volz as well.

I had some factory issues with my Rebel 2019 and they got it all handled and fixed in a timely manor without me having to do much leg work. Definitely recommend this place to anyone with Chrysler issues

Rob our Sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my question and didn’t oversell the Jeep. I put down a deposit sight unseen other than internet photos based on Rob’s willingness and honesty in answering my questions. When I drove the 81 miles to actually see it, it was even better than expected. I am one fussy car buyer and my experience here was A+ every step of the way.
