Excellent customer service all the way around! Ernie, my salesman, was knowledgeable and friendly, patiently explaining all of my carpeting options while being mindful of my budget. He was truly a professional, no-pressure salesman. Melanie, the operations manager, worked with me when my carpet installation had to be rescheduled twice (this was NO FAULT of Bill's Carpet, it was delayed in transit), even offering me a generous credit for my inconvenience. All around a great experience. Ernie in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt we got a great deal. The installers Pete and Mike did a great job. On time, very professional and did a terrific job. They made sure I was very happy with everything and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Bills Carpet Center!
Bernie, Al and Gilbert did a fantastic job. They called prior to arrival and were here shortly there after. They were friendly, professional and courteous. They took great care in the installation of the carpet and showed a great deal of respect for us and our home!
