Great job was done by Pete Gilbert on installing our carpet. He was courteous, respectful, and did a wonderful job tailoring the carpet to our stairs which had lite fixtures in them. Very happy with the install and would definitely have him back.
Wow! Was so impressed with them. First time customers and we will be returning customers. Went in to shop for remnants. Jerry assisted us and was so friendly, helpful and professional. Provided us with options so we were able to purchase exactly what we were looking for.

Gilbert and Pete installed carpet in one room, and trimmed and stretched my carpet in the 2nd bedroom. Having my master done end of July. Hoping to get Gilbert and Pete again. They did a fabulous job. They showed up on time, were in and out in a timely fashion, and everything was perfect!

My husband and I are renovating our new house and recently purchased carpet for the bedrooms. It was such a pleasant experience with great in-store customer service, quick turn around time and fast installment! With so much to do on our new house, I was so grateful that this was a smooth process. The carpet itself is also wonderful! We will be doing business with Bill's again!
