I’m giving this place a five because of the food. If you want to taste what authentic Louisiana boudin tastes like, THIS. IS. THE. PLACE. They set the mark, and create the standard for what this classic Cajun cuisine is supposed to taste like. I love coming here to get my boudin cause it’s so good, but the little light skinned girl at the register is so unwelcoming and always have an attitude it’s too early in the morning to be so rude, and if I see her I walk straight out the door … it cost nothing to be polite to hard working people who supports this business
This place is Boudin magic. I’ve never in 53 years had better boudin. It’s so incredibly good, I go out of my way to get my boudin here, and often bring it home to my family and friends in Texas. Love it!!’
I dont care what anybody says, Billy's PJ Boudin balls are the best!!! I have driven 5 hrs one way to resupply my freezer with these multiple times. It is not a debate, these things are amazing! There are a lot of good boudin places, but none like Billy's. Live to Eat!
This place has been around for at least 2 generations! We would stop on our way back home to Houston every summer as a kid! Best cracklings and boudain. They have many to choose from. Always fresh, hot, and good!
