I’m giving this place a five because of the food. If you want to taste what authentic Louisiana boudin tastes like, THIS. IS. THE. PLACE. They set the mark, and create the standard for what this classic Cajun cuisine is supposed to taste like. I went to get food to take back home for my best friend. But I got some for myself to eat in the drive back to Shreveport. I was so glad I did! The shrimp and chicken balls were amazing. I think we may have chicken balls for Thanksgiving! It was worth the drive!!!
This place is Boudin magic. I’ve never in 53 years had better boudin. It’s so incredibly good, I go out of my way to get my boudin here, and often bring it home to my family and friends in Texas. Love it!!’
This place has been around for at least 2 generations! We would stop on our way back home to Houston every summer as a kid! Best cracklings and boudain. They have many to choose from. Always fresh, hot, and good!
New flavors unlocked! They have the best fried foods. We got the salted cracklings, crawfish roll-up and pepperjack boudin ball. It was all amazing! If you haven't had you must stop in and give it a try!
