RecommendedI called BIM Heating and Plumbing this summer when the temperature was high and my unit stopped working. They came out early the next day to look it over and get it fixed. You don't get service like that anymore. The job was completed that day, and I truly appreciated the fast service. I have worked with them for many years and highly recommend their fairness and responsiveness! The job is always honestly completed.
Keith is friendly, knowledgeable and an expert in his profession, makes you feel like you’re the only customer. I love that it’s a family owned and operated business! Just had a full install done a few months ago, things were completed in the promised time frame and the installers were professional, prepared and cleaned up and explained everything. I just had a top of the line Bosh 3 ton unit installed. BMI was very polite..professional and friendly. BMI installed a complete indoor/outdoor unit in less than five hours !!!! BMI owner Keith a family owned business actually wants to know you as a person so he can accommodate you and your needs with full and honest disclosure.
