A phone call to inquire about information was met with a warm and enthusiastic response, a refreshing change from the typical gruff tone often associated with government offices. Every individual I encountered demonstrated exceptional friendliness and willingness to assist. The atmosphere was so welcoming that I'm tempted to visit again, solely for the positive vibes – a rare commodity in public service!
