You can be assaulted INSIDE of this court house, have it all recorded on video, and they still, “per the police chief” Will not take any action because “it wasn’t committed in the presence of an officer”. So what if let’s just say, a woman’s being raped somewhere in Blackfoot? Police wont investigate or apprehend a suspect because the crime wasn’t witnessed? Joke of a police department.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the Bingham County Courthouse staff. A phone call to inquire about information was met with a warm and enthusiastic response, a refreshing change from the typical gruff tone often associated with government offices. Every individual I encountered demonstrated exceptional friendliness and willingness to assist. The atmosphere was so welcoming that I'm tempted to visit again, solely for the positive vibes – a rare commodity in public service!

I've called several time to inquire about local laws in the county. Andy answered my call today and was very pleasant, concise and was willing to have a deputy call me back. I appreciate the team there protecting our county and the customer service they provide.
