Jazmine was amazing! She was communicative, prompt, professional, friendly, and did such a great job cleaning up. After a medical emergency occurred in my home, I was so overwhelmed by the prospect of having to clean it all up, and she came in like a superhero and cleaned and sanitized it all perfectly. When you are faced with a difficult passing of a loved one. Most, like myself and my family are left emotionally devastated. Not knowing what steps to take Bio Recovery was incredible. My father passed tragically and what was left was a scene that no family member should be subjected to see. After many phone calls between companies and homeowners insurance, biohazard offered the best price and total remediation of the damaged areas with minimal input from me which made my life a lot easier. Both cleaners (Jason and Tristin) arrived in a timely manner, had all equipment needed, walked the house with us, answered all questions from my OCD spouse and worked quickly and efficiently. All in all a good experience. Also the initial contact person (Shanur) was very patient and understanding with my spouse and her myriad of questions and phone calls. We recommend them if you need a deep cleaning of your home.

Jasmine was incredibly sweet, understanding, and just the kind of person you would want to help in a time of need. She was completely professional while doing a very tough job, especially after some of the worst moments in life. I would highly recommend her and BioRecovery’s services.
