Might sound like a broken record with all the other rave reviews, but I honestly can’t recommend this company enough! I had a guest staying from Live Kindred who ended up getting really sick and was unconscious in my apartment. Bio Recovery was contacted as a third party cleaning team and after working through some paperwork, scoping of the cleanup, and scheduling, we were able to schedule the cleanup. We were fortunate to have a very professional, empathetic, and efficient team member named Joel. He sanitized our family’s incident area perfectly. I spoke on the phone with Breann. She was kind and helpful. She was able to explain the process to us during a difficult time. Moreover, she interacted with insurance for us which took the burden off our shoulders. 11/10 customer service

I cannot recommend this company enough. My mother’s home was in an unimaginable state due to severe alcohol addiction and depression. It was completely unlivable—covered in trash, mold, and biohazard waste from her dogs. I was overwhelmed, but from the very first call, the team made this incredibly difficult situation so much easier for me and my family. Despite the upsetting mess in my basement, Bio Recovery Biohazard Specialists came through with flying colors. The office got things together for and did all of the work with my insurance company. The workers, Damian and Hubert are exceptional people who went the extra mile to make sure the jib got done in a timely manner.
