Might sound like a broken record with all the other rave reviews, but I honestly can’t recommend this company enough! I had a guest staying from Live Kindred who ended up getting really sick and was unconscious in my apartment. Bio Recovery was contacted as a third party cleaning team and after working through some paperwork, scoping of the cleanup, and scheduling, we were able to schedule the cleanup. Jason, Damian, & Hubert (aka Stu) are awesome. I can't say enough good things about them. They handled a very difficult biohazard cleanup with the utmost professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. From the first phone call, with Breann, their team was responsive, respectful, and understanding of the sensitive situation (unattended death). Bottom line the folks at Bio Recovery were very professional, responding quickly to requests as they came up, well-adapting to access/timing issues with the building, providing a detailed report afterwards (including of potential long-term issues that were impossible to detect at the time), and ultimately doing a fantastic job cleaning up what was unfortunately a lot of blood. I cannot recommend this company enough. My mother’s home was in an unimaginable state due to severe alcohol addiction and depression. It was completely unlivable—covered in trash, mold, and biohazard waste from her dogs. I was overwhelmed, but from the very first call, the team made this incredibly difficult situation so much easier for me and my family.
