I cannot recommend this company enough. My mother’s home was in an unimaginable state due to severe alcohol addiction and depression. It was completely unlivable—covered in trash, mold, and biohazard waste from her dogs. Despite the upsetting mess in my basement, Bio Recovery Biohazard Specialists came through with flying colors. The office got things together for and did all of the work with my insurance company. The workers, Damian and Hubert are exceptional people who went the extra mile to make sure the jib got done in a timely manner. When Damien and Hubert came into my mom‘s home, they were wonderful to her. They helped her to get her coat on and including helping me pick her up and put her into my car because she was so weak to leave her home. These two men are absolutely amazing. They made a very difficult situation so much better.

As we were waiting for our Biohazard team to arrive, we received a phone call. It was from Alex to say that they would be arriving later due to unexpected delay at their last job. He apologized very professionally and promised to work quickly and thoroughly once they arrive. Upon arrival at 11am, Alex introduced himself and his partner Oz and I lead them to the room needing their expertise. The company overall was a great experience. They are very compassionate. Kevin and Chris are excellent workers. They are respectful and listen. Their work was exceptional. They were very detailed with their explanations, asked questions about your needs, and their work was thorough. Wonderful service and well above expectations.
