Hello all anyone that needs this service I highly recommend this company they were very professional in all steps of the process. I want to especially thank the 3 employees I worked with Alexis who took the initial order fantastic job on coordinating everyone and everything involved. In addition I would like to thank the front line techs Damian and Hubert took my calls day and night. Accommodated with our schedule. Kept us posted in all steps of the process in addition to doing a great job on the cleanup

I booked an appointment to have my mother's house cleaned to have bodily fluids, dried and caked in the carpets for weeks removed and to remove contaminated furniture. I called around to different companies and Bio Recovery seemed to be the best, so I took a chance. James worked with me and explained everything including prices. No one anticipates the necessity of contacting a bio cleanup service. Fortunately, we had the company arrive at our residence within hours on a Sunday evening to initiate the cleanup process. Damian and Hubert demonstrated exceptional care and compassion throughout the five-day operation. Might sound like a broken record with all the other rave reviews, but I honestly can’t recommend this company enough! I had a guest staying from Live Kindred who ended up getting really sick and was unconscious in my apartment. Bio Recovery was contacted as a third party cleaning team and after working through some paperwork, scoping of the cleanup, and scheduling, we were able to schedule the cleanup.
