First, there are some INCREDIBLE people working at Birch Creek. Anissa with Speech Therapy made my dad’s day every day she came in. Rosalina, with Social Services (Social Work) was clearly juggling a lot but always came through to try to keep us updated as dad’s discharge plan kept bobbing and weaving and other staff were giving us conflicting messages (or less). I cannot say enough good things about Birch Creek Post Acute & Rehabilition. From the moment we toured the facility, we were impressed by the warmth and care shown by the staff. The environment is welcoming, clean, and comfortable, providing a sense of home for residents. The caregivers are attentive, kind, and always go above and beyond to make sure the residents feel valued and respected. I really enjoy being at BIRCH CREEK rehab. The activities and especially the staff and nurses. The laundry dept is all I expected awesome the attitudes are here is so welcoming. Also the house keeping is on there job sanitizing and moping the floors the aides show comfort and concern to my needs it's just an amazing place to recover. Also my therapy time took great thoughts and care to what j needed to get stronger. Thank you BIRCH CREEK Rehab I'm satisfied with my care here.

There aren't enough Stars to express how I feel about Birch Creek Rehabilitation Center!!! The Physical Therapy Department is Top of Line with the crew they have. The Dept is extremely professional and Caring about the well being of their patients!!! The Nursing Staff is the best crew that is available in the State of Washington!! The empathy that they show for the patients here is unsurmountable!! There have been times that I have needed extra attention paid to me due to my injury!!! I had a very positive experience while staying at Birch Creek rehab center. There were some bumps at the beginning which were quickly addressed by staff. The facility is clean and well- maintained. The healthcare provided by nurses and the CNAs was quality care. They are just understaffed. (State guidelines are met. It is inadequate!) The PT, OT, and social activities were perfect.
