Let me start by saying—I’m not one to leave reviews. I can count on one hand how many I’ve ever written. That said, this company absolutely deserves it. Their customer service is nothing short of incredible. I lost my water at 9:30 p.m. and called, expecting to leave a voicemail. To my surprise, someone actually answered the phone. By 8:30 the next morning, they were on site. They replaced my entire well pump and all the pipes, and I had running water again by noon. Absolutely incredible job! I can't praise them enough. Not only was the work top-notch, but they charged half of what the last guy did just to patch things up. Instead of a temporary fix. Bird-Dog replaced everything the right way. Professional, honest, and efficient-highly recommend! 6/10/25
My initial feeling was that I was talking to a good and honest man. I trusted because I was in a desperate situation with little to no knowledge of these types of issues. (Well pump). I was charged $5700 for a well pump replacement and a spit well adapter. That's it. Everyone that I've talked too taught me that I was completely hosed and taken advantage of. That it should have been a $3000 max. Do your due diligence before hiring this company. I should be refunded at least $1500 for what was done.
To replace an outdoor faucet, Bird Dog charged $ 596.00. My friends told me I shouldn’t have agreed to it, I was ripped off. Be aware of it that it will cost you $89.00 for them to diagnose the problem and then he charges exhorbant fees! I will not recommend him or call him ever again.
