Birmingham Recovery Center provided a space for me to heal mentally, physically, and spiritually during this season in my life. Looking back at my time at BRC, I was met with 1 on 1 therapy, group processing, while being held accountable. I learned how to get honest and vulnerable with the help of the staff there. Cannot recommend BRC highly enough. My experience there in 2023 was absolutely life-changing. I gained the tools I needed to make a new, incredible start to the rest of my life! My therapist Leah was knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable right away. The entire staff was super encouraging and worked together to create a cohesive, impactful experience. Birmingham Recovery is AMAZING!!! Absolutely everyone from staff to therapist is as professional, helpful and supportive as anyone could hope for.
