My wife and I could not be more thrilled with the work Bisbee did on on our upstairs wood floors, stairwell, and basement carpeting. After some unfortunate water damage on both levels, we were in need of major repairs and Bisbee came through for us. Bisbee’s redid our shower after our original started leaking due to poor builder installation. Jonathan helped us throughout the whole process and was very prompt in his communication - no matter what time of day. Like anything these days, it took a while to install due to backorder, slow shipping processes, etc. but the wait was worth it!
It was great working with Bisbee's to get flooring for my house! Jonathan was super helpful and knew exactly what colors and materials would work best for my project. The store was very nice and had a large selection for us to choose from. I would definitely recommend this store!
Highly recommend Bisbee's flooring for any projects that you have! Great customer service! Jonathan helped me find an area rug that worked perfectly for my apartment space and stayed within my budget. The rug is so soft and such good quality. Definitely check them out!
