This facility has some pretty damn amazing employees. They try very hard to provide care and compassion to their residents.
My grandmother stayed here for about a month before moving to Las Vegas with us. It seems like she was happy and enjoyed her time there but it's hard to tell because some of her memory is fading. There was one nurse that was extremely helpful and empathetic to the feeling of having to put a loved one in care and I really appreciated her. I wish I remembered her name. I was transferred from Mammoth Hospital to Bishop Care Center for post operative care and rehabilitation for a fractured tibia following a skiing accident. I consider myself so lucky to have wound up at this facility. It is clean and attractive. The staff are amazing. Nurses and attendants take a personal interest in their patients. There is a staff, partly volunteer, who provide activities to make your stay fun and caring. The therapists are all first rate! The food is good.
