Our waitress & cashier were friendly, very efficient and made our holiday visit very enjoyable! We have been to Black Bear numerous times at different locations and really enjoy the delicious food, decor & friendly staff! Highly recommend!

Fast service, nice waitress, the hot turkey sandwich could have been a little hotter, came out a little cold, but was still very good, The cheddar bacon cheeseburger was good, fresh toppings the frys were also good.

My family and I were so happy with our waiter during our vacation. The food was cooked beautifully, the atmosphere was wonderful, and Waiter took great care of us! Definitely will be back on our next visit.
