In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Best dinning experience in town, great food in large portions and A+ service from start to finish, this is a home away from home and a must visit! They even have great Fit & Focused options to go alongside their famous Biscuits and Chicken Fried Steaks! I personally love their salads & pies! Great job guys!!
