Black bear in Fresno has always been accommodating. The wait staff is always friendly and welcoming. We’ve been coming in regularly since they first opened this location and have been treated like family and welcomed nice to see you again.
I recommend going here when Brandon is working. He was attentive, friendly, responded to our questions and was always available to help us. We actually thought he was a manager, because of his personality, caring. He cares for everyone he encountered, greeted with a smile and left us with his name. Thank you Brandon !
Samantha needs to have a 5 dollars and hire raise. That’s how efficient and effective she was. Her jokes made us laugh. Just wondering when her first gig at the comedy shop starts. As well her psychoanalysis has helped me greatly.

The hot chocolate was so delicious.. they serve you plenty of food for such a reasonable price. The banana cream pies to go looked so delicious . Now more family members want me to get them some of their choice
