Hello good afternoon I contact you today about your store in Bakersfield, CA on California Ave. I spoke with your manager about finding bugs in my salt and a baby roach on the wall. He offered only to reduce my plate for 15%. I was dissatisfied with this I paid 50 dollars to eat some bugs. I believe he should have reduced my entire check not only one plate. Ordered bacon and eggs. Bacon came uncooked, I complained so they brought another plate, the bacon then was black, no thanks not again

Went there at 5 PM for dinner ordered iced tea when it came it tasted like it was a week old. Then when I ordered I asked for the hot turkey plate server wrote it down then tells me they are out of turkey gravy. Really out of turkey gravy at start of dinner? After we ate the girl at register asks how was things so I told her about the tea and gravy, she just smirks and carries on. What an unprofessional dump!

Usually the breakfast is superb that's really all I go there for never had lunch or dinner there. My only complaint is the hashbrowns/country potatoes are terrible which is really disappointing because we're a potato loving family.

Shame on you for firing that employee for feeding someone who was hungry. It was paid for already. Black Bear should have more employees that have a heart.
