Pretty much straight forward quick excellent service, got seated in less than 10 minutes on a busy Sunday morning, food quality was good, had the breakfast club melt buttery, and perfectly grilled sourdough bread, and two sweet cream pancakes to top it off. This location is fairly new, their waiting area it's kind of small so be mindful if you have a big party.
The food and service were top notch! Alondra was our waitress and she served us well! The rest of the staff were very friendly, which makes the overall experience even better. 5 stars all the way around! Well done!
food was delicious. Management was outstanding jovial full of life and made it a very pleasant experience. Mercedes did a great job. The manager Ro was super great.
Don't buy the chicken fried steak it's frozen not that good. Sure not worth the price.
I ordered the Bear's Choice with pancake and bacon. The pancakes were awesome and the bacon was good. The wife ordered an omlette and I was finished with my breakfast when her's arrived. There was a glitch in their system and all of the wait staff were lost. The dining experience left a little to be desired.

Cute place. First time at a Black Bear Diner and this one is new. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak from the "Little Less" section. It was plenty. I changed the seasonal veggie to green beans. The steak is a pre-breaded, frozen steak - not made fresh in the diner. It was still good, just not great. Mashed potatoes and green beans were good. Food was good, tasty and well prepared. Service was quick and tasty. Restaurant was was very good.
The service was excellent and the food presentation looked nice but both the chicken fried Steak and fish and chips were very bland almost tasteless. The tartar sauce was like eating a spoon of mayonnaise. We may go back to try their breakfast or sandwiches but dinner items were a disappointment.
