Had lunch at Black Bear Diner and was shocked to see so many people there then i thought we are going to wait awhile but as we walked in we were greeted and had us a table right away, the a real friendly waitress came and took our order brought our drinks and in no time had our lunch the waitress was Sylvia and kept in touch with us through out our lunch checking if we needed any thing else, Thank You Ms.Sylvia

Is this chain of restaurants a successor to the Manley diner on federal way in Boise in the 80's?

Thanks for the stars David! We are not connected to a diner that was on Federal Way in Boise in the 80's. Our first Black Bear Diner with Bob and Bruce opened in 1995 in Mt Shasta :)
