Sometimes a little kindness goes a long way. Thank you Rebecca for being so sweet and offering me coffee while I waited on my to go. I had a long night of hosting and running around and I was so exhausted and beaten down and you really made a difference.

What a nice surprise to walk in for the first time and get seated right away. The food is yummy good ,fresh and plenty. Food came well presented service was good and the whole experience was enjoyable. We use to go to Black Bear in California sooo happy to find the same good food and service here in Idaho. We went to the Black Bear on State St. drove from Nampa, will return again Friday for another great meal.

My husband and I go to BBD at least two times a week .We have gotten to know the waitresses ( who is expecting , who is the daughter and mom waitresses , who went to Vegas ) very well . They all do their absolute best, even when short staffed or slammed with customers .My husband swears by the pancakes and I love the Saturday night prime rib .They always accommodate our requests to choose our own ingredients for an omelette or substitute an item .Friendly service , great food and a good music to choose on the jukebox!
