My brother and I had a great experience at Black Bear Dinner the food was awesome the service was a 10 of 10 and our waitress even gave some direction to a nice movie theater. We enjoyed our evening there and I'm from Modesto , California .

Blackbear is to me the best restaurant in Sacramento, and Citrus Heights! Their Slow Cooked Pot roast is tender as well as delicious.
