We picked your restaurant to celebrate an early Valentine's Day. I have ordered the Corn Beef Hash entree at this location in the past and have been very pleased. However, this visit was disappointing. The hash brown strips and scrambled eggs were of their usual portion however the corn beef portion was about a third of what I have been served on prior visits. Dj greeted us with a genuine smile and a warm welcome as soon as we walked in. He can read the atmosphere and respond appropriately. Very fun, friendly and expedient! Immediately felt like family. Our server Ma did a great job. Fast, kind and knowledgeable. The food was great! Love that sliced tomato is a side option. Except the hollandaise sauce which is terrible. Also, please don't start playing Christmas music in the beginning of November. (Colma, CA location)
The service I got at this particular location was good. This feedback is more about the online ordering service. There needs to be more options for adding extra ingredients. you can put it on there for a charge - ie extra cheese, add mushrooms, add tomatoes. extra crispy hash browns. etc etc... I could not personalize my ham and chedder omelet to my satisfaction. I like light ham and extra cheese, but typing in the request, I only get a few words to type, and it said "lght ham xtra chees" which is ridiculous to have to do. P... read more
