Wanted to thank the staff for a Wonderful Thanksgiving. We went there and realized all restaurant in the complex were closed. At first we were worried but nope you were open and the staff was warm and friendly. The food is always Amazing. Thank the management for directing a great crew
Sat at counter talked to Michelle while she was getting orders out. The other manager Laura was talking to other guest. Both of them were working in unison. Awesome leadership. And the food was amazing

In a world of negativity an a great divide. Its nice to be able to enjoy a great conversation and great food. Thats exactly what i recieved from Black Bear. The manager interacted with her staff, greated them as they came in. Had a great conversation with me. Just a great start to the day.
Went in for Sunday breakfast. Extremely busy. Order was not right. First server had the hispanic manager come over. No help there. Then the other manager came over. She fixed my breakfast very apologetic. We will come again just some feedback on when there is an issue staff an management just need to stop listen come up with a solution an apologize.
Man oh Man had to come back again just to make sure it was good as the first time. I was not disappointed. Best coffee and the Hobo omelet was smackin. My waitress Rubio was efficient and made me feel welcomed.
