Black Bear in El Cajon, Ca. Food is great, service is awesome. the manager knows how to treat his employees by not just standing there and directing, he gets involved.

Everything was great! I definitely noticed that there were a decent amount of servers, so they were not rushed and stressed, like I see everywhere else. Great food and prices too. I am glad I have a nice place close to me.
