Me and my wife go here quite a bit and find the food wonderful and the service good. They have great coffee. The place is nicely decorated with friendly waitresses. The salads are a bit pricey but are good. We've been there at different times of the day and late afternoon is crowded. We find that mid day is a good time,
Saw the ratings and was a little bit nervous but we decided to try it anyway because it was the only restaurant with true comfort food that we saw. We are so glad that we did. All of us got the little dinners and wow, they were huge plates of food and so reasonable. My daughter got the pot roast and it was surprisingly moist. My husband got the chicken fried steak which he really liked. I got the meat loaf with mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy was ok but over all it was so good and we are completely satisfied. My dad likes to come eat here because the food is really. There is a lot to pick from for me and my brother. We really like the fluffy pancakes and you get a free sundae after 11AM. This place is kid approved.

We went to the newly opened Burleson restaurant and enjoyed one of the biggest meals we've ever had. Literally. The biscuit that came with my breakfast order was about the size of my whole hand, tall and wide. All of the ingredients on both of our plates were fresh, tasty and filling. My husband ordered tri tip steak, a cut of meat that we haven't been able to find outside of California. Great service. Very family friendly.
