I've been here with my family a few times. They are polite friendly and considerate staff.. I've had breakfast lunch and dinner here.. Every meal has been on point. I recommend the French dip sandwhich the trip tip dinner plate and fresh squeezed OJ. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Cute typical diner style place. Nothing that sticks out food wise other than the giant biscuits but food is good. It's a great spot to take the family especially if they're young. The kids will appreciate the cute cabin in the mountains decor. Service was great. Prices are very affordable.

The food was amazing! The service was a little slow for the restaurant being basically empty. The restaurant was clean and had a cute gift shop at the entrance.

My boyfriend and I went there to grab a bite and we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table which is not bad. It was really busy inside the diner. It felt like walking into a diner and gift shop at the same time because the diner was also selling stuffed bear doll, clothes, bag, etc. We got our table and our server gave us the cutest menu that is literally a newspaper with the history about the diner, comic, facts about 1995, and huge selection of food items on menu. We were greeted immediately which we loved and asked of our preference for table or booth. The decor stays on point to match the diner's theme. At Black Bear the breakfast menu is available all day which I really like as I enjoy breakfast foods at dinner time too. If you order sweet or unsweetened tea unlimited refills are available.
