Ate here for dinner. No wait to be seated and our server Gavin was very attentive and provided great service. I ordered the meatloaf with sweet potato fries. The fries weren't all that good but the meatloaf was delicious and very filling. Best I've had in a long time. Recommend coming here to eat
Wow! Meals were great, portions were huge and server was very friendly. Can’t go wrong with the Black Bear especially if you have a big appetite. Pot Roast dinner was $15.99 and came with a nice side salad. Tri Tip Dip sandwich was $14.38. Had Pot roast at Corner Cafe last week and it did not hold a candle to the Black Bear in taste, price or portion size.
I wasn’t very impressed with the food. It was quite bland, and I had to add extra seasoning myself. I ordered the biscuits and gravy along with the sweet potato fries, but the fries were soggy. I was disappointed, especially since this was my first time here and I had heard such good things.
Wanted a quick, not pricy good restaurant for a meal. Even though the place had a lot of customers, we were immediately seated and food came fast. I had the meatloaf dinner which was very large and wife had the taco salad which was also large. Server was efficient and nice. Would recommend
Best place to eat. Great menu, great food, great service. The Pot Roast melt is to die for...get the sauce on the side though. Kids (adult children) loves the giant breakfast any time of day. You get a lot of food. Been here probably 10 times,never disappointed. They easily accompanied a large group. We do call ahead because we have worked in the food industry and understand its nice to have a heads up even if they don't HAVE to require one. Its just polite I think if you're having over 5/6 people.
