Ramona at Black Bear Diner is the Best server!! She paid attention to our needs and was very quick with all of our requests! The food was amazing and her sweet personality made the experience that much better!! We will definitely be back and ask for Ramona!

I'd like to start off with saying that the service was great and the waitress was awesome. The concern I had is that we're trying to get out of this COVID-19 and move forward by sanitizing everything after each use and making sure things are extra clean. Now I understand this is no 5 star restaurant but that shouldn't matter when it comes to sanitizing. My wife and i had dinner here last night. My husband and I dined at black bear for breakfast. Not only was his company good but my mushroom avocado omelette was the bomb. I can't remember the name of our waitress but she was fantastic and mentioned she was glad to be back at work. I just love great food and service with a smile. Thanks for taking safety measures as well.

This morning was probably our third visit. 4 stars for the food. 5+ stars for our server, Ramona! Black Bear diner is lucky to have her. Her sincere welcoming demeanor was appreciated. She steered us in the right direction with her knowledge of the menu. Such a pleasure chatting with her. We will ask to sit in her section next time. I'm giving this black bear diner 5 stars! Not only was my food incredible but the service we received from our waitress Ramona was hands down THE BEST! This was our first time dinning out since the whole virus and we were honestly nervous about going out again but Ramona made sure we had no worries! Mine and my husbands favorite spot to go for Saturday morning breakfast. Food is great and fast service. We especially love seeing Ramona when we visit. She is so patient and very friendly. She always has a smile on her face. Such a great server. Will recommend this place to visit.

Stopped in her for lunch for the first time since COVID-19. The restaurant was clean and the good was very good. Big portions, too. But the service we received from Mary while there was beyond excellent. She was outstanding and made the dining experience so delightful. We have had hit-or-miss service in the past, but Mary has made us want to return asap.

We had a great breakfast this morning at the Black Bear diner in Lodi! The food was great and our waitress, Ramona, was the best! Very friendly and attentive!
