Great food. We liked that we could get smaller portions. We are seniors and appreciate the smaller meals. We noticed there are many restaurants in So. Cal but would be really great in the San Diego area. There is an empty restaurant in Santee that would be a great place for Black Bear Diner!!!

This place embodies exactly what a great diner should be. Great food, great service, and a family friendly atmosphere. Not to mention booths for good conversation, an old school sit down counter, and some oldies music playing in the backgound. I kind of got the feeling I was in a Pulp Fiction scene...
