First off GREAT PORTIONS FOR A GREAT PRICE!!!! Our server "Bryson" recommended some of the best food I've had (especially the cinnamon rolls) while keeping a smile and providing excellent service . He made everyone feel welcome as we were a big group and felt out of place when we walked in, but as we sat down we saw him from a distance smiling with coworkers making us hope he was the one to care for us and to our luck he was. The customer service was amazing. Fred, Alicia( (I think that's how she spells it) and another young man who got off before we left, were the best team that have ever waited on a large group that I've been a part of. They worked seamlessly taking care of 16+ people quickly and proficiently. In addition to taking our orders, they brought everything we asked for, without missing a beat. Beautiful decor and a really pleasant vibe. It's a great place to enjoy a meal and unwind
we've been coming here off and on for years. today, it seems a little run down and slow. seated with a mumble and no silverware, 15 wait to get coffee and water. went to the potty and alas NO toilet paper or seat liners! the nasty toet bowl brush was sitting in top of the paper dispenser. when I say gross I mean poop stains on the brush!!! the food arrived pretty fast and looked good as always.. i just hope management plays better attention to details like CLEAN, well stocked bathrooms..
Food was great got my order in a timely manner and Milagro was very kind and attentive.
