The back bear diner has never ever failed us!! We have tried so many different dishes mainly breakfast and lunch and have always left full and happy. Prices are good, you get BIG portions - we usually leave with a to go box. Sometimes there is a wait, but we usually get seated within 15 minutes. It's quite cold in the diner, but always clean and full of clients. You can tell it is a very liked place. (Try their signature sauces!! They are a little spicy but go so well with the food.) We went to Black Bear on I-45 near chipotle and Olive Garden for my cousins birthday. It was about 20 of us with a lot of order and a lot of requests lol and they really took care of us. The food was great, service was quick and kind and the restaurant felt like home. A special shout out to out server Donque, the man was on it all night, over 20 people left satisfied thanks to him!

Atmosphere: cute place, very cozy and cute, their menus are super cute newspapers. Food: the chicken fried steak was good, it wasn't amazing but for the price we paid and the amount of food we got, I would say it was worth the price. Service was awesome and Toni was very sweet.
