my family and I went to this location for a meal. And everything went smoothly. Our server, Vicky, was super kind and patient. We have a special needs child and she showed us nothing but respect and kindness. she was wonderful.

Yes the food is fresh and served hot. Great breakfast brunch or lunch large menu options and portions. Yes this place is clean. But what keeps me coming back is the staff. Always friendly and in a good mood with a smile. They seem to communicate and work well as a team as well. They make you feel like family. I've been to this location at least 8 times and have had a different server each time and am still surprised how they seem to like their job. The food came out hot and fresh. I had a the 2x2x2 special which I chose pancakes eggs and bacon. The pancakes were sweet and fluffy. The bacon had a good thicknesses and flavor. The eggs were standard. Black Bear has their own hot sauce on the table and it actually was better compared to familiar brands. The hash browns were my least favorite, only the top had a small portion that was crispy. The rest of the hash browns was just soft shredded potatoes with no seasoning and I prefer my hash browns to be crispy. On top of tha... read more

The food was good and the customer service was even better especially our waitress Patricka she was amazing and made us feel welcomed.
