Had a great dining experience at North Little Rock Black Bear Diner! can't go wrong here when they serve breakfast, lunch, AND dinner ALL DAY LONG! The social distancing and human care practices in place are some of the very best I've seen during the pandemic. Yummy ,Safe and friendly would be the words to describe today's experience. Ask for Ernest to be your waiter and you can't go wrong.
