Currently dining in and let me tell you! The server Tiana is AMAZING! She has the best recommendations, very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The GM Janell came and talked to us and I had to tell him that this place was amazing. The portion sizes are huge. I’m literally taking a whole meal home. The whole restaurant is vibe. I want to just lay here and go to sleep! Lol No more Waffle House for me.

Visited for the first time on Veterans Day 2020 and the experience was truly fabulous!!!! We were seated quickly and our server was at our table in record time. Ernest went over and beyond to make our dining experience a memorable one. The food was prompt, hot, and served exactly as ordered. Ernest was an attentive server without being intrusive. I had a good customer service experience but the food was ok. I'll have to try something else next time. They're kinda pricey too .
My husband and I go to black bear almost every Thursday ha! We love to sit in Earnest’s section! He’s always so nice and always makes us feel so welcomed, we feel like we know him personally. The food is always great and the coffee is amazing! Definitely one of my faves in Arkansas
Excellent breakfast omelet and hash browns. My 1st time visit and almost left after having a bad experience with the hostess! This Brother Ernest stepped in and saved the day! His service was beyond stellar and I will definitely be back the next time in town!
Went to Black Bear for Breakfast this morning 9 / 7 / 2020 Labor Day) & was DELICIOUS!!!!!! Was seated quickly & service was Friendly & EXCELLENT!!!!!! Will DEFINITELY Be Back!!!!!!!

I eat maybe one steak a year or less. I've had FOUR in about 10 days from Black Bear because they're amazing! Any cut, breakfast or dinner, they're amazing!! Delivery thru doordash so it's convenient too!
