As most folks are complaining about how awful the restaurant industry has become because “Nobody wants to work if they can get paid for sitting at home”, I have to applaud the manager and the 5 employees that were doing a great job at The Black Bear Diner in North Little Rock at 7:00 PM on a Friday night. After another restaurant was jam packed and would be a 55 minute wait to get seated, I thought of The Black Bear Diner.
