Price is fantastic! Breakfast (at 1:00 PM) was good. Biscuit was a little dry: not common for BB. The ONLY THING I don't like is, that they serve Pepsi and no Diet Dr. Pepper. Though they serve Dr. Pepper. They seemed under staffed, but for those who work there: THEY DO FANTASTIC JOB.
The pancakes are what make the breakfast at Black Bear Diner.
The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed our waitress Nicodee. I have never had such a good experience in service. I will definitely be coming back just because of her!
Even thought it was busy we got in fast our server was Robin and she was on top of things and our food was great deffently recommend asking for Robin next time you go!
Every time I’m in Salt Lake we make a stop by the Black Bear Diner in Orem. It has such a comfy and homey feel, the staff is personable and warm, and the food is excellent. We regularly get seated with Robin who is an excellent server. She’s attentive, sweet, and always has a good story to tell. The manager, CC is also always very welcoming and runs a very smooth operation here. A must stop spot for every trip. Thank you Black Bear Diner Orem!
We love Robin at Black Bear Diner! She makes each member of my family feel like part of her own. Her hospitality combined with down home food makes each trip to Black Bear Diner amazing!
