The food is decent and the service is incredibly slow. However, I can tell the servers are doing their best given the circumstances.

I want to like them so much but there awful so overpriced for mediocre food soggy hash brown with literally no seasoning no salt no nothing eggs taste like rubber the bear claw was stale the bacon was decent this is a take out order but I only live very short distance it's just uck

I have the app, I get excited when I'm traveling and I see one, I can't get enough of their sweet cream pancakes, and I was ECSTATIC when I found out that there was one within walking distance of my new place. This was my 4th visit to this location, and it was by FAR the worst service I've had here. It was comically bad. After we sat, it took the server forever to come over. I had been here several times and had never had such a terrible experience with a waitress, her name is DOMINGA she brought my french toast cold the butter would not melt and my daughter mac & cheese was cold out of the fridge l went to tell her and she said "is not my fault" yet took her time to come and make things right BUT several minutes had passed and she is not back yet what a horrible waitress and then she goes to next table and asked them if everything is alright. We've eaten here twice. I'd rate the first time as Ok to good. The second time the food was downright bad. We could chalk it up to a bad cook the 2bd time, but I see no reason to go back
