Loved the restaurant environment, the hamburger and fries I ordered were really good. And loved the newspaper style menu, and the great oldies music they were playing. Would definitely come to eat here again.

Nick and I's experience at the black bear diner was absolutely great yesterday. The place was packed But we got a table super fast from the extremely nice Host. Then we were sat down and greeted Quickly By the very nice waitress. She took order and 15 let minutes later we have the exact same thing that we ordered with no mistakes . The eggs were perfectly cooked and I couldn't have asked for better grade chicken fried steak for sure. And man that's really good gravy. And to top it off they had Rye Toast And marmal... read more

We had a large group of 17 ladies. The staff got our table ready asap. The waitress took individual orders for each one of us. We got our food in a timely manner and it was so yummy. I would recommend this place to anyone. And Black Bear Diner please come to our town in Fortuna California.
Need one in red bluff. This restaurant was professional and very good.
Best waffle I've ever had. Service was quick and efficient.
