The biscuits were amazing. There was 5 min wait at noon on a Saturday. The only reason it got a 4 stars was due to the fact that the coffee mug I initially got had a piece of oat meal or mushed food on the outside facing away from me. I only realized it when I was putting creamer in my mug. The waiter was quick to replace it once brought to their attention. Overall, it was a great experience
The first time I ever been too this place I was so pleased with the service and food. The portions are a good size and the service was good too. The gift shop had some stuff too that I bought for my grandkids. The menu is huge. Go enjoy.
Israel provided us with great service and was very helpful in helping us order! Loved the vibes for a nice family brunch.
Service: 5 out of 5 Prices: 5 out of 5 Food (breakfast): I don't have any complaints. It's been great. 5 out of 5 Don't skip out on the biscuits. They are soft and fresh oh and they are huge too! I love their chicken fried steak it's super tender, it's a nice ratio of meat and batter, and it's crispy. Their orange juice is delicious and it's fresh squeezed. I literally have to Soto my myself from chugging it.
I had an amazing time, Israel took care of me and was the best, amazing personality and talker who made sure to ask if my food was good and made sure to refill my coffee.
This was our first time at Black Bear Diner. The atmosphere and service was great! Our server Isreal was patient and very attentive. Food was on point. I felt very welcomed there. I definitely will come back and try other items.
I went to lunch with my family today. Our server, Israel was very patient especially after my daughter spilled milk. Great food as always, especially the bacon.
Edwin waited on us. He was very professional and very attentive He had great suggestions on the menu and always prompt with refills, etc. He made our dining experience wonderful. We love the food there! Thanks Edwin!
We visited BBD for the first time today. Food was delicious, I ordered biscuits and gravy...YUMMO!! Edwin's customer service was A+
