The service was exceptional, and the food was very good. The portions are large. A bit disappointed in the coconut cream pie. It was still frozen and just a little heavy. The topping wasn't light and fluffy as I expected.

Met a friend for breakfast here, never been here prior to this visit. The menu is pretty big with lots of interesting items. I ordered the pancakes that came with eggs and your choice of bacon or sausage, crispy bacon for me. The service was ok, only had two servers trying to cover everyone. The food was good, but nothing really stood out. Definitely want to try a couple more items on the menu so we will go back.

Restaurant seem busy but wait time was short. Ambiance decorated with lots of bears including the cute coffee mugs. This was our first time dining. They seem to have a good system to get the food to customers in a timely manner so the food was hot. I had the French Toast with fruits and my husband had The Classic combo with ham. Everything was tasty, the ham was thick, lean and delicious. Defiantly will be on our breakfast spot.

My friend and I went here for a quick Sunday brunch before our festival. Our server was Lesly. She was so nice and friendly. She was constantly checking on us and did everything with a big smile. We sat at the bar area because we thought it was going to be a bit of a wait. The place was very busy when we arrived but the wait wasn't long at all. We still sat at the bar even though our table was ready within 10minutes. The food was so good. Omg. Food was hot and didn't take long to come out even with how busy they were. The bi... read more

I had breakfast for lunch at Black Bear Diner and it was just ok. We were escorted to a dirty table and we awkwardly stood there while the host quickly wiped everything down. Once the food came, my ham and cheese omelet was decent but I wish the omelet was warmer and the cheese was more evenly melted. The country potatoes were seasoned but on the cusp of salty. Then, there was a huge biscuit that was really just a piece of dry, unbuttered bread. I'm not sure if this was an off day but it definitely could've been better.

The food here is always filling. I obtained the pancakes and bacon (Bear's Choice). The pancakes are always warm and fluffy and the butter melts right into it. My beverage was the Iced Mocha cold brew and it's on point. (Photo added) Our Associate was Miguel and even though he had a lot of tables he did a great job with us. He was on it constantly and made sure we were kept updated on of selection. The ambiance is a bit busy today per the good weather and it's Saturday. The lodge feel is always comforting.
