My wife order the all you can eat fish , very tiny pieces of fish came out ! We then placed order for more fish . 2 tiny portions came out ! We was expecting more ? The manager came over blond girl . She told us her hands were tied ?? And walked away! The fish was the most pathetic looking pieces we have seen .
Walk in the door and stand there for 10 minutes while no one acknowledges you there. Look around your restaurants half full and the person tells me I have to go on a waiting list for three people. Still trying to figure out what the four people behind the counter were doing at the cash register. Won't be back!!!!!!!
I ordered the Patty Melt, French Fries & Ice Tea - my beef patty was under cooked and just short of raw meat(still very red inside not pink) and the FF had so much salt on them I had to use a napkin to remove the extra salt just so I could eat them. My waitress never came back to refill of tea till I was ready to leave or check on how are food was. I have never report a bad experience before but I was so disappointed.
Our entrees were served before we were even halfway through our appetizers. Net result was by the time we got to the main course, it was lukewarm at best and cold by the time we finished eating. I realize this is not the servers fault but that of the kitchen who clearly did not check the full order. Very disappointing! The young man at the registered apologized but did not really seem to care. He did not suggest we talk to a manager about it.

Every stage of the meal was bad, i.e. service, cleanliness, food; thus we can only conclude that the diner is badly operated, with staff training sadly inadequate. First unpleasantness was that the silverware was not only badly water spotted, which is no big deal, but some of it still had old food residue, which is gross. I just finished writing a YELP review. I would read it for a detailed review. I write a lot of reviews -- good and bad. The one I just wrote wasn't what I'd call, stellar. We have gone there on various occasions. It has been favorable in the past. We won't be going back. Our waitress was polite and very nice, but seemed to be struggling to keep up. Service was good. The thing that was very upsetting to us is that out of five breakfast plates three had hash browns that had been sitting in a pan all day and harder than a rock. Totally not eatable. The other two were fine. Fresh hash browns. It was a total insult to serve us that especially when the other two were fine.
