I took my mother in for dinner, we were seated and given a drink order, but then we sat for 15 minutes and I had to flag down someone to see if we could get service, while everyone around us was being served. I was not seated promptly. I waited at least 10 minutes to get seated. My food was cold. I was very disappointed in my visit. I have been to black bear before and enjoyed the food. I am not sure if I will visit again.

this was our second time for your diner. The first was a wonderful experience. Please sit and have some cold water, its so hot outside. The food was great and more than we could eat. The second was a nightmare. Perhaps there was no supervision. The waiters had no care about talking about who was getting screwed with the tables right in front of me. No offer for anything. I e-mailed a week ago about a problem I had with the restaurant. Since I received no response, I gather that my business is not needed in order for the company to thrive. nor does the company want me to recomend them to my friends and family.
We have eaten at your place several times with great results, the food was great but on our last visit we ordered the baby back ribs and they were by far the worst ribs I have even eaten. They were under cooked and the BBQ sauce was horrible tasting. This was a take out order and after eating one rib each we threw the rest into the garbage. You need to do something with your BBQ sauce and hire someone who knows how to cook ribs or take them off your menu. We will eat there again but certainly never order ribs again!

First, let me say that I have stopped ordering the hashbrowns because I have had good hashbrowns only once. They are burned on the outside and raw in the middle. But, we love the pancakes so we keep going. Today the pancakes were thin and smaller than before. Also the taste was different. I was not happy. I did mention it to my server and cashier and they did say they were sorry. But nothing more.

I've been wanting to go to your restaurant for a while. I ordered two eggs, piece of ham, two pancakes, toast and a drink. 16 dollars. The ham was about two inches by two inches. The pancakes were dry. I left there disappointed.
I picked where to go spend my Sunday dinner for mothers day but will never make that mistake again! The little young host mis heard me when I asked if this establishment served liquor. She told me.no, I said ok im going to back to my truck waiting for friends to get here. Some how she heard we are having beer in the truck and called the cops on us.
