Food was cold --biscuits & gravy were cold pancakes were not hot, butter would not melt bacon was burnt. Sausage was fine. Scrambled eggs were just warm. Not a very good experience
I have visited this location at least 20 times since it opened last year. I honestly question why I keep returning. It is because when you get it right, it's fantastic. Therein lies the problem. The food coming out of the kitchen is SO inconsistent. When I order breakfast, I order the same thing each time, and I should get the same meal served each time. Have been there and really it. Did go back when we walked in 1. employees where not happy 2. 30min befor we were served 3.the it toke 5min more to change employees 4. Our eggs were well done chicken fry stark taste LIKE flour 5. Hasbrowe Barn 6. F for all service

Our Server was great Laura the Cashier Abigail was not trained how to reprint a receipt on the POS had to get the manger and that where it all started. The manger should have been there during the whole time the issue was happening with the credit cards. This was my first time at your diner and probably my last as noted below. 1-Silverware looked very dirty but it was probably hard water stains I would recommend that your dishwashing water be tested for temperature and hardness. You may need a different soap. So sorry to say that after enjoying several meals at your diner that dinner was a complete loser. I had a turkey club minus the ham. I couldn't wait to try your home cooked turkey. In essence I had an un toasted bread sandwich with practically 3 ounces of protein. There were hardly any fries on the plate to at least give me something to eat. Device took an hour. Was told only two cooks. Messed up order and did not correct. Tried to call manager and no one answered. I own the tucson chess center right next door and it would be difficult to recommend the s location.

We have been to other Black Bear Diners, sadly this location has already fallen prey to the mediocre mentality of the city it is located in. Corp should really step in and involve some QA personnel to straighten this out before they become a restaurant of the past as so many in this city have for these same reasons.
