It’s at my mother today for lunch it was our first time to be there we get seated OK. We got served or drinks by the hostess. Will you look at the menu and sat there ,and sat there ,and sat there , And sat there after about 10 to 15 minutes we got up and left. I really want to try this. But now I have second thoughts.Was very disappointed. If you have any questions please feel free to call.

Well for one the food was burnt and frys over cooked, the corn bread was burnt so bad it had a black hole. Pancakes we're crispy. Had to wait along time for refills. I stop some girl and sent the corn bread back to the kitchen. Cause was hard as a frisby. Girl seemed put out!!!! Are waitress was pleasant but our food sucked and it was way over priced!!! after we were seated we waited over 15 min. without seeing a waitress or waiter.this is not the first time we have had to wait an excessive time for service.it seems every time we come in and order something there out of it,salmon,salad dressing,soup,to go boxes to name a few past experiences at this location.my wife is from central california and we are quite familiar with black bears quality service and excellent food.how ever not at this location.

Been here before and we loved it. Brought friends how embarrassing couldn't put a fork through my potatoes have the worst waitress she was so damn rude. Complain to her about our potato she did not care still not followed drinks I dropped $65 here and I'm coming back because your waitresses so rude can't find my receipt don't know her name but she did have red hair

you need a general question option - never eaten there but this is the only way to ASK a question - does tucson have liquor license? (name and email already completed . . . this is not user friendly)

We waited for over 40 mins for dinner and truly disappointed as we are used to black bear diner in Sacramento great friendly service. Our server didn't know where she was she was dazed and confused Mitzi was worried about a larger party. We have never been treated like this at a BB diner ever. I was truly disappointed as I was looking forward to dinner with my family. The management was also helping with the large party and a table of 4 was too much. I sent a private message on Facebook with a picture. I ordered coffee and was told they were out, only decaf. So, instead of breakfast, I ordered the Parmesan Cheeseburger. I was told it would be cooked medium well, which is perfect. I've a burger at your diner before, so I know it's possible. One bite in and the center was cold and very pink. I don't know if the volume of customers affected the wait staff, or management was not prepared to handle it, but we were seated fairly quickly. After waiting at our table for 15 minutes I went to the front to see if we could get someone to serve us, even though there were staff walking by our table most of the time. Once service was rendered overall it went smoothly until we were done and needed to go boxes for the food we didn't eat. This took another 10 minutes before we could get someone to help. Our server, Sage, came to our table after fifteen minutes and said hopefully you haven't been waiting too long. I tried to order the sirloin and she said that you don't carry it any longer; good thing because it wasn't a very good cut of meat. We ordered the tri- tip and the tri-tip combo.
