The manager, Francisco, was very kind and takes customer service very seriously as his number 1 priority!! Only because of this manager will I give Blackbears in Tulare another chance the few times I come to Tulare. I'm a real picky person when it comes to eating places and a minor issue arose and he went above and beyond to fix it. He even offered to cook my meal personally and even stayed on the floor helping everyone the entire time we were there. the burgers are the best and the biggest I've had yet. I recommend that you have the burgers cut in half and share with someone.

the food and the service are top notch and the atmosphere is of genuine friendship! Everyone from the host to the busboy asked if I needed anything and everyone of them was refilling beverages for all the guests! I highly recommend them!!!
