Our server Felicia did an amazing job even though she was the ONLY employee working out front. She greeted people as they arrived, seated them, got their drinks, took their orders, refilled drinks, served food and bussed tables, took payments on checks when customers were done ON HER OWN and did so in a timely, courteous fashion . This is a difficult review to write. I absolutely love the sweet tea here. That is unfortunately all I love here. The wait for the server to come to the table once you are seated is a very LONG time. The wait for the food is average time. The wait for the server to come back and check on you, bring to go boxes or the ticket is a VERY long time. The food is plentiful but not very good. The prices seem high for frozen Sysco food (saw the truck bring the food while in the parking lot). For breakfast for 1 person with a drink an... read more

Love it here. Yummy food. Nice clean environment. Clean bathrooms. Staff checks on you a lot to see if u need anything and are very nice. The Food is delicious! Def going back!

My Aunt and I visited Black Bear restaurant today for breakfast. I was delighted to be placed at a table with the same server from my last three visits. Our server remembered my Aunt ordered a burrito the last time and I do not order eggs. I was super impressed not only with Jazlyn's memory but her professionalism. Thank you Jazlyn for being a 5 STAR SERVER!!

I don't go out to breakfast much but my kids took me here and I had a pancake and side of sausage. The first time I went it was really good! Pancake was the best I've ever had! Sausages good too! Everyone else ordered larger plates and all their food looked good. We've always had good service! Unfortunately we went just recently, I ordered my usual pancake. It was overcooked and dry. Disappointed, but hey, it's only a pancake. The service as always, was good!
