Service was very good. Our server Jessica checked up on us to make sure we were taken care of. The food was great as well.

Went in on Sunday and it was as busy as it could be but nevertheless me and my party were well tended to from start to finish! My server especially, her name was Jessica. She was attentive while ordering and was very familiar with the menu and was able to give suggestions based on what we were craving at the time! 10/10 would come back again.

Food and service was awesome. Seated us fairly quickly for Sunday brunch. Server, Tanner, was great. He was very friendly,cordial and got us what we needed. Truly the best service we have had. Love Black Bear Diner. Have been coming here for years.

We went to black bear tonight and the wait time was fast . Service was great . Everyone working together so well. Felicia gave us great service and was very friendly. We will go back again soon. My prime rib was perfectly made and delicious.

The only reason I'm leaving three stars is solely for our server, otherwise it would be one. The food was ice cold when we received it and it was not edible, it just tasted so bad. No one came around to check on us so my husband flagged down our server (who was so busy helping other customers) the server was great and got my replacement order very quickly and was very helpful and understanding.
