We went to black bear tonight and the wait time was fast . Service was great . Everyone working together so well. Felicia gave us great service and was very friendly. We will go back again soon. My prime rib was perfectly made and delicious.
The only reason I'm leaving three stars is solely for our server, otherwise it would be one. The food was ice cold when we received it and it was not edible, it just tasted so bad. No one came around to check on us so my husband flagged down our server (who was so busy helping other customers) the server was great and got my replacement order very quickly and was very helpful and understanding.

Fun & furry environment. A happy place with lotsa atmosphere. Dedicated staff makes visit super enjoyable. Simple food well done -- hit the spot. Delicious tomato basil soup and reuben sandwich. Come her, and you'll think about coming back! We lived in Alaska, and this is the ONLY place you're safe around bears. Believe it!!

Wanted some fried chicken for dinner, the chicken was over cooked and all meat was dry. Sides were ok. Staff was very attentive and the place was clean.
