Can you please explain to the cook that extra crispy hash browns does not equate into deep fried shoestring potatoes. Your Vacaville restaurant has the slowest wait staff with very little customer service. I have eaten at many location but I probably won't go back to Vacaville.

food was luke warm when we got it. the taste was good, just not hot. wish I could give a higher rating, but was disappointed yesterday.
Our taco salads were excellent. The waitress was awesome. No air conditioning was horrible. The manager didn't seem to care. He said he was going to call but never saw him pick up a telephone. Disappointed. A few customers were complaining.
First time eating there not impressed at all. Chicken fried steak was horrible, too greasy and the obvious package gravy sucked. Boyfriend had steak and baked potato, steak was barely warm baked potatoes cold. Potato soup tastes like they scorched the pot. Salad and the cornbread muffin we're good.
