I sat there for a while 40 min by the time food was brought to us I had to leave , my mom and son boxed their food but I sent mine back. I love black bear, but if they were understaffed I should have been told at the beginning I wouldn’t have sat down. Just saying communication should have been better

First time ever that we had the worst service. The first waitress refused to take our order and the second said she was sending her home yet she remained serving other tables during our visit. We frequent this location however after today we will probably go else where.

RecommendedSat outside under a white canopy. There was a swamp cooler which kept us comfortable. Good food, too!

Today they were permitting smoking by entitled men in the outdoor seating area where I was trying to have a meal with my children. The waitress refused to ask the man to stop smoking. The man said the smoke wasn't coming our way. We were forced to leave.

Black Bear refusing to service Law Enforcement. Shameful business. Do not give them your money. That is discrimination. How do you call yourself a family business.
