We love black bear ! It's my go to for the majority of time if I want to sit down to enjoy meal! Always great service and never hungry when we leave! Hadn't had dessert yet but it's my next try for sure

My wife and I went to Black Bear diner recently while we were in Waco Texas on business and we had a very good experience. Service was good. Waiter was very nice atmosphere was great and the food was probably not the best I've ever had but very good. I would definitely recommend because all the food might not be the best. You still get your moneys worth! Portions are big and biscuits. The biscuits are absolutely huge!

Blackbear has become a new favorite of my family and I. I wish there was one closer to me. They have amazing options for food and everything comes out super yummy. The staff are always pleasant and inviting. They have a lot of selections in their menu. And the space is always super cute with all of the bear motif. Looking forward to visiting them when I'm in the area. But they should really come to Cedar Park, Leander, or Liberty Hill .
I think this place is great! They have tons of choices and I think the prices are really good.
Me and my family came down from Houston had a great time food was good hot coffee was fresh our waitress Ariel was just the sweetest darn thing plus we got matching names. she explained the menu and recommended some food items which me n my husband enjoyed and she brought my baby's some free ice cream after there meals best waitresses I had in a long time 10/10 thank you Ariel will be coming back when in down
This was our first time trying Black Bear Diner, we got there at around 8:20 on a Sunday and it wasn't busy at all. I mention this because usually this place is PACKED, they stay super busy from the time they open to close. We ordered the Bear's Choice Breakfast and The Grizz, with coffee and sweet tea. The ambience was very casual and relaxing. Went at the perfect time so there was no wait. The service was 5 Star. He was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the questions we asked about the menu and about the restaurant as a whole. The food was absolutely excellent.
